Why nobody talks about this when it comes to daily routines

April 26, 2018

Today I want to let you in on a secret.

Behind the scenes I’ve been creating a FREE mini-course that was designed with you in mind.

Before I dive into the details, I wanted to make sure you had your hands on my free guide “3 tools to creating a routine you love” or also known as your Daily ME. The Daily ME guide is the little sister to the mini-course I created, so it’s important you get your hands on that first.

If you’re not sure what a Daily ME is? read on…

Every day, we are inundated with posts, advice, podcasts and theories on why morning routines are the secret to success.

Listen to any interview with the hottest new entrepreneur and morning routines are guaranteed to come up. This is a movement that is by no means new, in fact, a daily practice has existed in many religions for centuries.

The conversation is justified. Because a morning routine can be a beautiful addition to ones life. In our modern world, the chance to give just a few minutes back to ourselves, is downright essential.

But we’re not all high-flying, silicon valley, fortune 500 entrepreneurs.

We are women who desire sustainable success, rather than burning ourselves out on the way to the top.

We are women who want to express ourselves, even if that’s in the confines of our own home to begin with.

So I decided it was time to create a new take on the morning routine. A hip version that served the needs of my tribe and what tell me you want more of. More clarity, connection and creativity.

Earlier this year, the Daily ME was born.

I like to think of the Daily ME as way of “bookending” the start and the end of the day (ME = morning and evening). A chance to find a little clarity, feel connected and add a splash of creativity to your day.

Curious? Here’s how you can create your own Daily ME:

Got your hands on it? Then let’s get started with my new mini-course.

What I observed in the same interviews mentioned above, is that the word hack would dominate the conversation and often in combination with morning routines.

Like me, “hacking” probably doesn’t feel aligned with the goal of your morning routine.

You desire a nourishing daily routine. Something that gives you a little slice of freedom and creativity each day. We’re doing enough in our lives as it is, we don’t need to create something that requires us to put out more energy. We not going to “hack” our way to success. We’re ready to give back.

This I believe is the goal of sustainable success.

Which brings me to the essence of the conversation, the tools that nobody ever gives us.

Because it’s one thing to talk about it, another to make it stick?

How do we set ourselves up for success? so that it’s not just another “hack” that didn’t really work.

I believe, these five tools are what has been missing in the conversation all along.

Which is why I created this FREE five day mini course:

+ Tool One: Define the goal + the habit you want to create

+ Tool Two: Become a ninja with your time

+ Tool Three: Be prepared – start your day the night before

+ Tool Four: Create a reward system

Tool Five: Just Start
