So what is my personal verdict? (the juicy bit)

Two words…blown away. I am really not surprised my skin looks this good after four weeks, because healing your gut health, will undoubtedly support your skin health.

For four weeks, I rarely diverged from my routine with the GLOW powder. Keep it simple and do it first thing when you wake up.

So what did that look like?

Simply mix 1 teaspoon with water and take it before preparing breakfast. Don’t forget to stir it well because it does have a tendency to settle in your glass, and you’ll ending up with swallowing a berry paste. On occasion, I did add it to a green smoothie to give the greens some life. This smoothie recipe I found on The Beauty Chef will turn it into a great snack if that’s how you would prefer to have it.

Verdict on taste? The addition of the Macqui berry, adds a tang which is diffused by the natural sweetener – stevia. I found the stevia pretty sweet for me personally, but it didn’t out me off using it. And the fermented ancient grains might sound a little strange at first, but you will barely notice them.

In the first couple of weeks, the biggest thing I noticed was not so much my skin, but the improvement on my digestion.

It was like the GLOW was working from the inside out.

Keeping a relatively clean diet that was free from gluten and refined sugar (limited cows dairy) supported this process, and to get the most out of GLOW I would suggest trying it on. Slowly but surely my skin tone started to even out, which was the most noticeable physical change. By the end of 30 days of use, my skin is clear, with only a couple of minor blemishes in this time. Using it consistently for 30 days allowed me to see out my full hormonal cycle, which often has an influence on both skin and digestion.

Would I indulge again?

Absolutely, 100%, yes!

And why would I indulge again? It’s simply really, taste – tick, even skin tone – tick and digestive health – tick.

The only downside of this product, although minor, is the cost per serve. However, when you get blow yourself away results, your health is undoubtedly worth it. It would be a great compliment to a cleanse, or after your body has been under stress and requires some digestive support.

If you are now keen to get yourself on the miracle powder, you can buy it direct from The Beauty Chef or through the toxic free queen Nourished Life.
