15 planning strategies that changed my life and got me actual results

May 24, 2018

Of ALLLLLLL the topics you want me to share most about – the area of productivity, motivation and powerful decision making is hands down the winner.

I know many of the women who joined this tribe are in their own small business, have dreams of starting something, want to bring to life those creative hobbies that you’ve had on your vision board all year or simply establishing some “balance” in your life around your priorities.

A little more time for you is but a simple wish.

If you’re like me, it’s no secret working from home can have massive upsides – the ability to work from any part of the house, in my pjs or yoga pants, no commute time, plenty of natural light, you can play whatever music you want to…

Why it takes just 5 mins per day to create a powerful habit

February 13, 2018

A couple of weeks ago I released a FREE step by step guide called the Golden Hour Project (Come over HERE to grab your copy).

If you’re not familiar with the Golden Hour, here’s the short and sweet version:

2 x 30min blocks of time filled with nourishing, inspiring and creative habits or rituals, that bookend the beginning and the end of the day.

Perhaps you love the idea of a Golden Hour but right now you’re struggling to balance everything else in your life?

In today’s video, I thought I would help you out a little by sharing a radical idea:

What if I told you that you only need to spend 5 mins on forming most new habits? Would you think I was crazy?

Why these 10 things created an unforgettable year

January 5, 2018

The New Year is a beautiful thing.

Our conversations are ablaze with ideas on improving/upgrading/changing/developing/forming/shifting…

Gears…Speed…Habits…Goals….Body…Diet…Health…Relationship…Career…Home…Country

This is my year we say.

I’m ready, I’ve got this…

The natural tendency of the creative and intelligent women (that is you by the way), is to look forward, evolve, grow, be better year after year.

Our “stop doing list” is an essential element of this process (you can learn what this is here).

But what if we chose easy? the simple route?

Easy feels good doesn’t it?

Easy is actually OK believe it or not.

One easy option, take stock of what worked, what brought you joy – and do more of that.

Ask yourself – when did I choose powerfully? when did I say “hell yes” to that thing…and it paid off (or is expected to very soon…).

How to craft a morning routine that sticks in 3 easy steps

September 12, 2017

You might have heard this quote floating around social media recently –

If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.

It comes from William H McRaven who wrote 10 Life Lessons From Basic Seal Training.

While I can’t attest to reading the book, or confess to being militant with making my bed every morning (shock!), I wholly believe in starting your day with intentional habits.
