+ Two 75min group calls per month, including one hot seat / Q&A call at the end of the month (this is where we get to bounce ideas off each other and get some coaching from me). There will be 4 x 15min spots open for members to share in these calls
+ Opening and closing call of the quarter will begin with a meditation and some easy breathwork/movement
+ Presentations from guest experts on topics in the areas of marketing & social media to planning and strategy
+ A Slack community channel for you to go to any time – I’ll check in with the group each week for accountability, we get to record wins, questions and give feedback on ideas (This is also a space to drop in motivational quotes, your current theme song or the odd meme)
+ With each 90 day block, we overlay the energy of the current season so you can begin to learn to work with seasonal energy and cycles
