Soulful Living Workshop: The Art of Self Care

Beautiful tribe! Please join me for an intimate afternoon in which we discover the connection between our self-care and living with heart and soul.

In this 2 hour workshop we dive into…

// What soulful living looks and feels like to you and what it means to live from the inside out, rather than the outside in.

// Learn why a self care routine will provide you with the confidence and courage to live a life you created

// Learn essential self-care tools to nourish the mind, body and spirit and how to integrate them into your daily life.

Here’s what a couple of beautiful women said about my last workshop Live.Laugh.Love – a collaboration with Erin Young:

I’m so excited about the path ahead. For the first time in a long time. This evening I got to share two hours with the amazing A Conscious Beauty and C F Movement at their Live.Laugh.Love workshop. Feeling energised and excited about the future. And had a big realisation about what’s been holding me back. Lots of work to do on myself. But I got this - Anna, @happilyreducing

I definitely walked away with a new perspective on how I want to live my life. The two most powerful lessons within this workshop for me were recognising and naming my inner critic and reconnecting with my inner child.Whilst the impact was not immediate, in the days following the workshop, I could reflect on the life lessons from Ruby and Erin and I have now begun, in my own life, to recite my declaration of love to myself and have the knowledge that I am enough. Thank you Erin & Ruby, you have enlightened my life - Michelle
