How would it feel if you spent just over 5% of your day creating habits and rituals that lead to...
increased confidence, deeper intimate connection and more creativity in your everyday life?
HERE’S HOW I KNOW IT WOULD FEEL PRETTY DARN GOOD:
If you are a busy, driven woman, chances are you still want to feel like a Queen once in a while.
and if you are busy, driven and creative, you’ve probably got a tonne of ideas and dreams in the pipeline – always!
What if this 5% per day was a way to feel as relaxed yet powerful, decisive yet free?
The Golden Hour could be your special sauce. That splash of colour that changes everything.
In this workshop I share with you:
× WHY this beautiful practice is a sacred part of my daily life – including impact this practice has had on my intimate relationship, how it has become a key driver in reducing anxiety levels, how it has increased productivity and decision making, how it has promoted the best sleep…just to name a few.
× Once we’re clear on the WHY, I’ll teach you the exact step-by-step method for creating your unique Golden Hour, including some special ways you can help it to stick.
× Why I believe this practice is essential to helping you feeling excited and inspired to start your day then nourished and relaxed before you sleep. Get ready to clear away those feelings of overwhelm, nervousness or anxiety so many of us feel when we start our days.
Please join me in discovering how the Golden Hour can amplify your life.
Go grab yourself a cup of tea, pop your feet up and grab your journal!
And while you're watching, I'd love to know if you have any Golden Hour rituals in your life?
SOME FINAL THOUGHTS:
In creating the Golden Hour Project, I had you in mind. I decided to call it a “project” because it lends itself to something that can evolve, allows for experimentation and creativity. I also see this exercise become more than something we implement on our own.
I see this “project” evolving into community of women who together are taking a stand for their health and wellbeing based on small yet significant actions.
Supporting each other, sharing stories, ideas and tips on how they’ve used their creativity to carve out (even just a little) time for themselves in order to thrive. I’m not sure the form this will take, but if you’ve already started to explore this concept then lets get the ball rolling by sharing any thoughts in the comments below.
